These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and RoboHost ("RoboHost", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the robohost.ai website and associated services. By creating an account, accessing, or using any RoboHost service — including AI-powered hosting, website speed optimization, SEO tooling, domain registration, SSL certificates, and related products (collectively, the "Services") — you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. When registering you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information — including a valid email address — and to keep it updated. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account, whether authorized by you or not. You must notify us immediately at security@robohost.ai of any unauthorized use.
We may verify accounts, request additional documentation, and refuse or reclaim accounts that provide false information.
RoboHost provides a managed hosting platform whose distinguishing feature is automated optimization: you upload original website files, and our systems generate and serve an optimized copy (including minification, image compression, lazy loading, and caching) while preserving your originals as the authoritative source. The Services also include AI-assisted SEO tooling, domain name registration and DNS management (provisioned through third-party registries and wholesalers, including ResellerClub), SSL certificates, email and add-on products, and administrative tools.
We may modify, enhance, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where changes materially reduce functionality.
You retain all ownership rights in content you upload ("Your Content"). By using the Services you grant RoboHost a limited, non-exclusive license to store, reproduce, process, optimize, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Services to you — including the creation of derived optimized copies served to your visitors.
Optimization is performed by automated tools. Although we design the pipeline to be conservative, you are responsible for reviewing optimized output (via preview tools provided) before publishing and for maintaining independent backups of Your Content. Our backup systems are provided for convenience and do not replace your own backup practices.
You represent that you own or have licensed all rights to Your Content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate law.
Domain registrations, premium SSL certificates, email, and certain add-ons are provisioned through third-party providers (including ResellerClub/LogicBoxes and the applicable domain registries). By purchasing such products you additionally agree to the provider's terms and the registry's policies for the relevant TLD, which are incorporated by reference. Registry-level decisions (e.g., suspension, transfer disputes, UDRP outcomes) are outside our control.
Paid plans are billed in advance monthly or annually in the currency shown at checkout. Fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for where applicable. You authorize us to charge your stored payment method on each renewal date until you cancel. Price changes take effect at your next renewal after at least 30 days' notice.
Free trials require no payment method. If you do not subscribe when the trial ends, Services are paused as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Domain registrations and transfers, once submitted to the registry, are final and non-refundable except where the registry itself permits reversal.
Your use of the Services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits (among other things) illegal content, malware, spam, resource abuse, and infringement. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or termination without refund.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for paid hosting plans. Service credits for verified downtime are governed by the Service Level Agreement, which is your sole and exclusive remedy for availability failures.
The Services, including all software, the optimization engine, AI models, documentation, and the RoboHost brand, are our property or our licensors' property. Except for the limited right to use the Services under these Terms, no rights are granted to you. Any feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf as a hosting provider (e.g., visitor logs of your sites), you are the data controller and we act as processor on your documented instructions.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS (INCLUDING SEO SUGGESTIONS AND OPTIMIZED FILES) WILL BE ACCURATE OR PRODUCE PARTICULAR RANKINGS OR REVENUE OUTCOMES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROBOHOST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RoboHost and its officers, employees, and partners from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms, including claims that hosted content infringes third-party rights.
You may cancel at any time via your dashboard or by contacting support; cancellations follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breach of these Terms or the AUP, for non-payment after the grace period described in that policy, or where required by law or a third-party provider. We will provide notice and an opportunity to cure where reasonably practicable.
Upon termination: your access ceases, hosted content is retained for thirty (30) days for export, after which it is permanently deleted. Domain registrations remain yours (subject to registry rules) even if hosting is terminated.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RoboHost operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties agree to attempt informal resolution for 30 days before initiating formal proceedings. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, and each party waives objection to venue there.
These Terms, together with the policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale. Notices may be delivered by email to your registered address or by posting within the Services.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced by email or a prominent in-product notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
