RoboHost respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid copyright takedown notices consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA", 17 U.S.C. §512) and equivalent laws elsewhere.

1. Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe content hosted on our Services infringes your copyright, send a written notice containing all of the following to dmca@robohost.ai:

  • Your name, organization, postal address, phone, and email
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list)
  • Identification of the infringing material and its location — specific URLs on our network sufficient for us to find it
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Incomplete notices may be returned for correction without action.

2. Our Response

On receipt of a compliant notice we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, notify the affected customer, and forward them the notice. We may remove content pending investigation where the claim appears valid. Accounts subject to repeated valid complaints are terminated under our repeat-infringer policy (Section 4).

3. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification (e.g., fair use, you hold a license), you may file a counter-notification containing:

  • Identification of the removed material and where it appeared
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, phone, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in our operating jurisdiction and to service of process from the complainant
  • Your physical or electronic signature

We will forward valid counter-notices to the complainant. Unless the complainant files a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the material.

4. Repeat Infringers

Accounts that are the subject of multiple valid takedown notices are terminated. We track notices per account and apply this policy consistently, as required for safe-harbor protection.

5. Misuse of Notices

Filing a false or bad-faith takedown notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. §512(f) and similar laws. Please be sure before you file.

6. Designated Agent
