A complete pass over a typical WordPress site using the RoboHost pipeline.

Before

Baseline: a stock theme + 15 plugins usually lands at 3-4s loads and 2-3 MB pages.

Step 1: Deploy as-is

Upload the site, run Optimize. Static assets minify, images recompress, lazy-load applies — typical first-pass result: 35-50% lighter with zero code changes.

Step 2: Trim plugins

Every plugin adds PHP time and often frontend assets. Remove what you don't actively use — especially duplicate slider/gallery/builder plugins.

Step 3: Media discipline

Stop uploading 4000px photos for 800px slots. Export at 2x display size max; the optimizer handles compression but can't invent a sane source.

Result

Typical end state: 0.8-1.4s loads, green Core Web Vitals, and a site that stays fast as you publish.
