Moving from another host takes about 30 minutes. Zero-downtime method:
1. Package the old site
Export your files (cPanel File Manager → Compress, or FTP download). For WordPress, also export the database via phpMyAdmin.
2. Create the site on RoboHost
Add Website → upload the ZIP in File Manager — it auto-extracts. For WordPress, import the database and update wp-config.php credentials.
3. Test on the preview URL
Hit Optimize, then open the preview link. Verify pages, images, forms — everything should work on the optimized copy before DNS moves.
4. Switch DNS
Change nameservers (or the A record) to RoboHost. Keep the old hosting active for 48 hours while DNS propagates, then cancel it.
5. Verify
SSL issues automatically within an hour of DNS resolving. Submit the new sitemap in Search Console.
